Krasimir Dimitrov's long experience in the field of real estate business began in 1993 as part of the team of several different leading real estate agencies in Sofia. Sofia.

Subsequently, he actively participated in the creation of FORTON International JSCo, an associate partner of Cushman & Wakefield for Bulgaria, Serbia and North Macedonia, where he works actively in all aspects of the business and in many different types of transactions with office space.

As a National Manager Office Space at FORTON / Cushman & Wakefield trains, creates and manages a successful team of professionals, and participates in the consulting of many office projects and buildings and the realization of a number of key and emblematic for the regional market deals, for which he has been awarded many times in the company.

In 2006, together with his successful and experienced team, he left FORTON / Cushman & Wakefield and created SOURCE Real Estate, and subsequently SOURCE Consulting – companies specializing in Brokerage and Consulting services for office space.

For several years, SOURCE Real Estate, with its dynamic and proactive approach, has quickly established itself as a leader in its field on the regional market and is in the Top 3 in volume and number of realized transactions with Office space on an annual basis in Sofia over the past 15 years.
